APPLY NOWWhen I first started working at WildAx I had a very basic knowledge of the motorhome industry, I had been employed as an apprentice joiner to fit cabinets and other woodworking jobs as such.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much work I was trusted to do and to get on with. The team I was assigned to were very helpful in teaching me the basics that I required to do the basic daily jobs I was required to.
As time went on I was taught many things such as pushfit plumbing basic gas work and even some electrics. Because of showing promise in these fields I was given the chance as well as many others to go on courses to further not only my own knowledge but my own qualifications.
I am very grateful for the chance to learn so much about such a strong industry and it shows an immense amount of trust from Duncan to allow me in the short three years I have been here to go from a budding apprentice to a gas and electric tester with a strong position in my team.
The workforce is growing and as new people join and find where they slot in the workplace remains a positive and productive place.
